The Digital Spring Testing Machine (TT Series) is a low cost solution developed for quick and accurate testing of spring rate of Tension and Compression springs. It is a small manual machine designed for table top operation but can accommodate all types of springs available.

The load frame consists of 2 columns supported frame with a lead screw, a hand wheel on top for rotation and a crosshead for tension or compression testing respectively. The Load Cell is mounted on movable cross head of the Machine Load Frame and a testing table is provided on support legs. Compression plates with adapters can be made to order for different types and sizes of springs. A Digital Vernier Gauge is mounted on moving crosshead to monitor the displacement across the test sample. The force is displayed on the digital display in gm, Kgs, N, KN or lbs.
